Shipping policy

Order Processing 

  • Digital and phone orders are processed within 2-3 business days from verified purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • A confirmation email will be sent with your order details and a shipping tracking number within 48 hours.
  • Order adjusting requests must be made before shipping by contact us at groomerverse@gmail.com or 773-xxx-xxxx. Adjustments cannot be made once items are shipped.

Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $250 within [area of coverage]. For orders under $250, and additional $15 fuel charge is added. Deliveries are made from our Showroom during regular business hours on Mondays and Fridays within a 50 mile radius of our location. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout. In-stock items will be available for immediate pick up, with order confirmation, during regular showroom hours. Out-of-stock items will be ready for pick-up within 3 to 5 business days. For all out-of-stock items, an email will be sent with your order confirmation and instructions.
 
Shipments
We ship domestically to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
 
Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3-Day shipping are available for an additional charge. The carriers that may be used include, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx and motor freight companies for drop shipments. Drop-shipped items sent directly from the manufacturer may use Motor Freight companies which may charge additional fees for residential addresses and/or for unloading items for “door-to-door” delivery for larger items
 
We cannot control delays from any shipping carrier due to unforeseen circumstances or theft. However, if an order is not received within 2 days of the tracking delivery notification, please contact us at groomerverse@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

Recipient can reject a damaged package or email us at groomerverse@gmail.com with the order number and photo. 

Delivery Signatures
For high value orders and large equipment may require signature at delivery. Please choose a shipping address that will allow for your order to be received and signed for during regular business hours.
 
Restricted Materials ― ORM-D (Other Regulated Materials-Domestic) products can only be shipped within the contiguous United States via a ground carrier. ORM-D cannot be shipped via the United States Post Office, to a P.O. Box, via expedited air transport or internationally.
 
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If purchase arrives damaged, defective or not as expected, contact us within 30 days. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Please refer to our refund policy for a more in-depth guide..
