Canis Oleum Gripping Aid provides grip without stickiness or rough texture. This ultra-light formula has been developed for rough, wired, and coarse coats to speed up grooming time.

Canis Oleum Gripping Aid makes it easier to grasp and pull only the dead coat you want thus preserving coat texture and color for many terriers and sporting breeds. By applying the powder thoroughly within the coat, it will not only absorb excess oils and improve grip but contains a gentle, non-abrasive exfoliant which helps remove dead skin cells.  

Our cosmetic, in-house formulated proprietary blend is non-toxic, non-talc, non-chalk based using whole form, natural and responsibly sourced ingredients. Our formula includes anti-inflammatory compounds and antibacterial properties with additional vitamin C and E to help reduce minor skin irritation while supporting skin barrier function.

Instructions

Evenly distribute over coat with fingers, brush or powder sprayer. Massage gently into coat. Excess can be brushed out. Caution. Avoid contact with eyes and avoid near nose to prevent inhalation. 

Pro Tip

Card the coat first to get required undercoat removed. Then hand strip by pulling the hair straight out without twisting or bending your wrist; otherwise, the hair gets cut or breaks. You should see a bulb at the end of the hair to show that it was pulled out at the follicle. Ideally hand stripping should be every 3-4 weeks.
