Super Gators are made stronger then the Gator collection using a super quality stainless steel that has a special heat treatment and cryogenically treatment. This design has a strong, sharp durable edge for sure cutting and includes a fail proof click plate thumb screw adjuster with tension balancing spring. The comfortable handles with bent ring greatly reducing hand and wrist fatigue.

• Clean and disinfect blades with scissor cleaning products.

Main edge styles for groomers

• A Bevel edge is suited for more everyday work. 
• The Convex edge is more for finishing. Note lower quality shears will not work well with a convexed edge.

Honing vs Sharpening

• Sharpening - restores a dull or damaged edge by removing metal.
• Honing - maintains and straighten the edge.
