Seminar Should He Stay or Should He Go
Product description
Date: TBD 2026 Sunday 10 am-12pm In Person at Groomerverse
Prevent liability, negative reviews and customer attrition by learning which common health issues may effect the grooming process and how to recognize the symptoms of a health emergency and to know what actions should be taken - whether to continue a groom, or send that pet home or to the vet.
This in-person seminar with Lisa Herbold, covers topics that can save a pet's life and prevent client miscommunication. Discover the various health issues that can impact the grooming routine and understand when it's appropriate for the client to consult a veterinarian. Educate yourself on the factors that may require professional medical intervention or modifications to the groom.
We will announce in our Events Calendar when the next seminar will be.
