Learn the foundations to hand strip wire coats. This skill seminar covers the techniques used to hand strip wire coats including terriers and mixed terrier breeds. Work with Lisa Herbold, Professional Pet Groomer, Competitor in Hand Stripping and Terrier owner. She will be working with a live terrier for demonstration purposes. Students will learn these skills with hands-on skill practice.

About the Instructor
Lisa (MPAe, MGBS, ICMGCAH, PGC, FFC, PTI) is an award-winning competitor, Master Pet Aesthetician, Master Groomer Behavior Specialist, IPG International Certified Master Groomer, educator, and has served as a Veterinary Technician with 30+ years of experience working in veterinary emergency services, professional grooming, and teaching CPR/first aid. She is also the author of the Nominated Barkleigh Honors 2025 New Book of the Year, Pet Health & Safety Guide. Lisa is a speaker at the All American Grooming Show.
